Mini Fruit-Filled Cheesecake Hand Pies

Passion Fruit Cake

A quick and delicious way to enjoy fruit and cheesecake flavors with minimal prep.

Ingredients
2 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crusts
1 cup thawed frozen fruit or fruit pulp
Optional: Your favorite cheesecake filling (for swirl variation)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Unroll the pie crusts and cut each into 4 equal pieces, for a total of 8 pieces.
Arrange a spoonful of thawed frozen fruit in the center of 4 of the pieces.
Top each with the remaining 4 pie crust pieces.
Pinch the edges together to seal and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.

Optional Cheesecake Twist:
Swirl thawed frozen fruit pulp directly into your favorite cheesecake batter before baking or chilling for a vibrant, fruity flavor boost.
