Sorrento Burger

Ingredients

• 1 each Ciabatta roll, toasted
• 1 tbsp Sweet Baby’s Rays Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (180130)
• 1 each Ground beef patty, grilled
• 2 slices Mozzarella cheese, fresh
• 1 slice Prosciutto, crispy
• 2 slices Tomato
• 6 oz Fries

Directions

1. Grill burger, top with cheese, and toast bun.
2. Spread heel and crown with Sweet Baby’s Rays Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (180130).
3. On heel place burger with melted cheese, prosciutto and tomato.
4. Top with crown and plate with fries.
