Ingredients
- 1 bag, 4 lb, Cavendish Farms FlavorCrisp™ Seasoned Skin-On Lattice Fries
- 2 lb shaved beef
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cups prepared cheese sauce, warmed
- 8 oz shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup sliced pickled cherry peppers
- ½ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare the Cavendish Farms Lattice Fries according to package directions until hot and crispy.
- Heat the vegetable oil on a flat-top griddle or in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly caramelized.
- Add the shaved beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as needed.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
